Senior Scholarship
The Veterans of Foreign Wars Scholars Program is designed to help High School Seniors for Firebaugh, Dos Palos and Mendota. (One student from each High School will be awarded $500 each.)
Scholarships will be awarded for the 2023-2024 School Year.
Filing Period February 1st, 2024 through April 2nd, 2024.
Submit the completed application using the attached forms along with official high school transcripts to:

Scholarship may be used for Tuition, Books or Computers
Requirements
Must be a High School Senior.
Must have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.0 in high school. (Include a copy of Transcripts)
Must complete a 500-word Personal Essay on applicant's education goals and community involvement, past, present and future.
Must submit two Letters of Recommendation (Teacher and Community Member).
Must complete the Scholarship Application.
Recipient must adhere to institutions Code of Conduct.
List any family members that served in the Military.
